Rebalance
Life is constantly changing and Rebalance is like a ritual cleansing that we all need in order to regain our strength and space in the world.
Imbalance can mean many things, an unwinding of belonging, a shift towards feeling unsafe, an anxiety that will not relinquish its hold, or feeling at sea without an anchor to hold us steady. Relationships that drain us, work that does not fulfil us, health issues that deplete us; there are many ways in which our bodies, minds and souls can become grey and lifeless. The shift towards healing often takes a time of denial or distraction and the first step starts with caring enough to make a small change for your wellbeing.
Massage and a focus on our bodies can help guide us back into realignment, the focus within, the dedication to ourselves and the intent to listen to our needs are all paths to rebalance.
Meditation can be combined with massage treatments to strengthen this personal connection to the self and develop habits that strengthen resilience - this is known as interoception.
